Please bring beach size towel or gym mat, phone to check in using our QR code, sweat towel, water and suitable training clothes.

Throughout the December/ January summer school break, we will run various pop up kids fitness classes, so please stay tuned to our socials for updates on these.


Our children's fitness is aimed at empowering Children to have an active healthy lifestyle and we run weekly classes in accordance with the school term. Our trainers are fully accredited Dynamite Children’s Fitness instructor's . The classes we run focus on offering a wide variety game based and choreographed activities through Movement Patterns, Co-ordination, Speed, Balance and Agility.

Teens Fitness is about respecting your body, building your confidence and improving your overall health and fitness. It is aimed at providing a supportive and encouraging training environment where every level of fitness is catered for. We also incorporate boxing into this session each fortnight and use a variety of different training tools in order to improve their fitness through circuit training.

Taking enrolments for Term 1, 2022 NOW


  • 3- 5 years Thursdays in Merimbula 2.15pm start- 30 min duration
  • Teens  12+ Years- Tuesdays in Merimbula 4.20pm Start- 45 min duration
  • 8-12 years Wednesdays in Merimbula 4.15pm Start- 45 min duration
  • 5-8 years Thursdays at Pambula Beach Oval 3.30pm Start- 45 min duration

    These sessions are held outdoors and indoors and sometimes on rotation, weather pending.
