Throughout the December/ January summer school break, we will run various pop up kids fitness classes, so please stay tuned to our socials for updates on these.


Our children's fitness is aimed at empowering Children to have an active healthy lifestyle and we run weekly classes in accordance with the school term. Our trainers are fully accredited Dynamite Children’s Fitness instructor's . The classes we run focus on offering a wide variety game based and choreographed activities through Movement Patterns, Co-ordination, Speed, Balance and Agility.

Teens Fitness is about respecting your body, building your confidence and improving your overall health and fitness. It is aimed at providing a supportive and encouraging training environment where every level of fitness is catered for. We also incorporate boxing into this session each fortnight and use a variety of different training tools in order to improve their fitness through circuit training.

Session Times and Days


    • 3- 5 years Thursdays in Merimbula 2.15pm start- 30 min duration-Tuesday 4.20pm-5.05pm 12+ years
    • -Wednesdays 4.15-5.00pm 9-12 years
    • -Thursdays 4.15-5.00pm 9-12 years

    All sessions commence first week of school and follow the school term.
    All our children’s / Teens sessions are held at our indoor training base in Merimbula. Session duration 45 mins. Bookings a must!
    Our main focus is educate children to participate and have an active healthy lifestyle through exercise. The sessions will be circuit based- with a focus on Functional Movement, Co-ordination, Power, Speed, Strength, Balance and Agility. Using bodyweight and exercise equipment to build levels of fitness, improve confidence and get those good exercise endorphins flowing
