MUMS, BUBS + TOTS TERM 2,2025- NOW FULL.
( CURRENTLY TAKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR. TERM 3-2025)
These sessions are a great opportunity to spend some time with other mums while feeling comfortable to work out with lots of mums in the same position as you- while most importantly nurturing you body and doing something for you. We are strong believers in any movement is good movement.
Term is usually 10 x consecutive weeks following the school term. We alternate locations weather pending- sometimes outdoors at Spencer Park, and indoors at our Base indoor studio. During the cooler/ winter months, we are majority indoors.
Each session is always different and varied but you can expect to do anything from: Cardio and Strength - both through body weight and weighted activities. We show mums how to rebuild their bodies from the inside out The most important thing to remember is that you are always able to see your baby or toddler and if you need to settle your little one you can do so in a comfortable environment. We are here to help you every step of the way. Hanging out with a bunch of mums might be just what you need.
REFORMER PILATES
Reformer Pilates small group sessions ( max 7 people ) are also listed above via the pt minder booking tab/link. These sessions are held at our second studio Reformbytlf. Just 4 doors down from our current indoor training base studio, in between the westpac bank and fashion store blush.
If you wish for a reformer pilates induction 1-1 session ( meaning yourself and one trainer ) prior to commencing classes please contact us direct to organise a time. Please note a pair of sticky socks are needed for use on our reformer machines. Available for purchase at your first session or via the booking app in the store section- $15 for ankle length or $25 for crew length, then yours to keep. CHILDREN'S FITNESS
Throughout school holidays we often run various pop up kids fitness classes, so please stay tuned to our socials for updates on these.
Our children's fitness is aimed at empowering Children to have an active healthy lifestyle and we run weekly classes in accordance with the school term. Our trainers are fully accredited Dynamite Children’s Fitness instructor's . The classes we run focus on offering a wide variety game based and choreographed activities through Movement Patterns, Co-ordination, Speed, Balance and Agility.
Teens Fitness is about respecting your body, building your confidence and improving your overall health and fitness. It is aimed at providing a supportive and encouraging training environment where every level of fitness is catered for. We also incorporate boxing into this session each fortnight and use a variety of different training tools in order to improve their fitness through circuit training.

- Mondays 12+ years Teenfit 4.20pm-5.05pm
- Tuesdays 9- 12 years 4.15-5.00pm

Creative/ Active kids vouchers accepted.All sessions commence first week of school and follow the school term.All our children’s / Teens sessions are held at our indoor training base in Merimbula. Session duration 45 mins. Bookings a must!Our main focus is educate children to participate and have an active healthy lifestyle through exercise. The sessions will be circuit based- with a focus on Functional Movement, Co-ordination, Power, Speed, Strength, Balance and Agility. Using bodyweight and exercise equipment to build levels of fitness, improve confidence and get those good exercise endorphins flowing
