What happens before we do a one on one training session (PT) ?
Before we commence Training we will meet for a consultation so we can get to know each other. This will give both of us a chance to discuss your goals. During this consultation you can ask any questions and we can also discuss training options and venues. We will also ask you to fill out a medical screening form so I can know a little bit more about your body and daily lifestyle.
How often should we train together?
This questions is a little hard to answer without knowing you, but I have an overall answer. If you plan on solely training with me I would recommend 2 or 3, 45 minute sessions a week.
Where do you train?
We have multiple training locations for you to choose from. Both indoor and outdoor available.
Do I need equipment?
No you don't require any equipment. We have all the equipment and tools to give you a total body workout. Alternatively, if you would like to purchase some basic equipment we can give you advice on what to purchase, where to buy it and how to use it correctly.
