What happens before we do a one on one training session (PT) ? 

Before we commence Training we will meet for a free consultation so we can get to know each other. This will give both of us a chance to discuss your goals. During this consultation you can ask any questions and we can also discuss training options and venues. I will also ask you to fill out a medical screening form so I can know a little bit more about your body and daily lifestyle.
How often should we train together?
This questions is a little hard to answer without knowing you, but I have an overall answer.  If you plan on solely training with me I would recommend 2 or 3, 45 minute sessions a week.
Where do you train?
I have multiple training locations for you to choose from.  You can choose to train in your own home (providing you have a small area for us to work in ) , we can meet at my house or we can meet at a park /beach near your home if you enjoy the outdoors.
Do I need equipment?
No you don't require any equipment.  I have all the equipment and  tools to give you a total body workout. Alternatively, if you would like to purchase some basic equipment I can give you advice on what to purchase, where to buy it and how to use it correctly.
