Personal Training Programs are for everyone regardless of age and fitness level and is a more tailored approach to help you achieve your goal. With various training locations and programs, no session is ever the same.

Tarryn believes that training outdoors is the best way to stimulate your body and mind, leaving you feeling revitalised. Sessions focus on improving your fitness levels and can include cardio , strength and abdominal core activities.

All Tarryn Lucas Fitness programs are professionally structured and are aimed to help you reach your individual goals. Session start at $60 for a 45 minute session.


Mobile Personal Training

Do you want to workout in your own home or in your backyard?

Mobile PT offers the best of both worlds- all the enhanced results of personal training, and the convenience of being able to exercise at home in privacy without spectators.

No problems if you have children there, or someone else has your car and you cannot travel- there is no excuses. Tarryn can cater for all fitness levels and is equipped with all exercise equipment necessary to deliver the type of exercise and fitness training you require.

Another option that is available is a scheduled home PT session along side a friend. Organising this with a friend holds you accountable for getting your workout done, it will not only motivate you to exercise but encourage you both to have a love for fitness together and best of all split the cost.  Session start at $65 for a 45 minute session.


Group Fitness

Outdoor fitness is a fun and action packed way to get fit, lose weight, tone your body, gain strength and improve co-ordination all at the same time. Best of all you get to meet amazing people who have similar interests along the way. 

Tarryn Lucas Group Fitness has an exciting blend of activities and classes that are never the same. They are all designed to challenge and transform your body. Some activities that are included in our sessions include Cardio Drills, such as hills and stairs, Team Challenges, Bodyweight and Body Strength Exercises, Obstacle and Agility Courses, Running and Sprints, Weight Circuits, Abdominal and Core Strengthening and much, much more.

Being fully accredited means Tarryn and her team can offer you the best, structured professional workout which is carefully tailored to your needs for maximum work rate and fast results.

Group fitness also includes sporting teams, Tarryn attends regular training sessions with numerous teams of various ages in the area providing professionally structured programs and sessions. 

**Please note the group session FREE class is for anyone living within a 30km radius of Merimbula & Tathra and is for those who have not attended any TLF sessions before. Classes are limited.


Children's Fitness

Dynamite Kids Fitness is run outdoors and aimed at empowering Children to have an active healthy lifestyle.

Tarryn is a fully accredited Dynamite Children’s Fitness instructor having completed a Certificate in Outdoor Fitness for Children through Motivate to train, Boot camp Alliance and a Certificate in Fitness and Nutrition for Children through the Fitness Institute of Australia.

Children’s Fitness classes focus on offering a wide variety game based and choreographed activities through Movement Patterns, Co-ordination, Speed, Balance and Agility. 

Dynamite Fitness also offer Children's Fitness Parties and School holiday programs. I have various locations or can even come to you (provided you have enough room).  Through movement patterns, Co-ordination, Balance and Agility our main focus is educate children to participate and have an active healthy lifestyle through playing a variety of games. We also incorporate some choreography into our workouts using certain steps and moves as we believe that repetition works well for children's education and learning. Dynamite Fitness is also actively involved in the training of numerous children's sporting teams in the area. We have programs for 3-17 years.

What is NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the new way of providing support for Australians with disability, their families and carers. The NDIS will provide about 460,000 Australians under the age of 65 with a permanent and significant disability with the reasonable and necessary supports they need to live an ordinary life. As an insurance scheme, the NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing in people with disability early to improve their outcomes later in life. The NDIS gives all Australians peace of mind that if their child or loved one is born with or acquires a permanent and significant disability they will get the support they need. The NDIS supports people with disability to build skills and capability so they can participate in the community and employment.


Tarryn Lucas Fitness has a team of professionals that are committed to safe and supportive exercise for community members who have a disability or chronic illness. Our team are all qualified with Certificate III and IV in Fitness, have WWCC and have undertaken the exercise for specific populations modules as set out in our qualifications.

We can help people who are living with Depression, Anxiety, Autism, Physical Disabilities and limitations. Now with the implementation of the NDIS, we have been able to help those who may be suffering and not have the personal drive and motivation to attend our fitness programs or to understand what specific exercise would benefit them.

We coach all people in the community and can help with your NDIS plan and or services.

If eligible for NDIS funding or if you have a friend or family member who is, get in contact with Tarryn Lucas Fitness to book in a FREE NDIS Consultation (over coffee or tea supporting another one of our local businesses) where we can see what your NDIS plan may cover, and together work out a health plan for you. At this consultation we will also discuss inclusions and costings.
We are happy to advise carers, support coordinators, case managers and other support services on how our services could be used in their client’s NDIS plans. If Case Managers / NDIS Staff wish to also attend, please bring them along.

TLF Virtual Membership; 

We have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you something unique. Your convenience is our priority when it comes to health and wellbeing.

Over the next few weeks workouts and live videos will begin to occur within a private group or a link provided. This is a private group of current active members

These workouts will be stored on this page so you can access them whenever. We aim to upload a minimum of at least 5 workouts a week that may be filmed at the time of the actual session, pre recorded or live using our voices. The trainers you trust and are used too.

Do you want to train with TLF but from the privacy of your own home or do you live away and don't currently hold a membership option with us? Contact us today and we can advise you of our NEW private group membership option should you wish to workout with these sessions online. This is the perfect option for you.

We are pumped to bring you this new element of training- where you will get to see your TLF trainers, instructing you, using their verbal keys, exactly how they usually would during a group fitness session at Tarryn Lucas Fitness. Minimal equipment needed, some workouts won't need any at all- pumped with tunes, voice over and instructions with our voices with Level one, two or three demonstrated so suitable for all levels of fitness.
