Im still going strong with NO alcohol at all, thats 16 days for me have been exercising each day, sticking pretty close to your menu, a few changes whilst in Canberra though. I am sleeping so much better than i was, no waking through the night so much. Not feeling like that wine either which to be honest has been pretty easy to drop, didnt think id say that ever!!! the water, with lemon and mint is hiting the spot, xx thanks again for your support, the daily posts in the group are great and are keeping me motivated. Off to meal prep for the week!!

I'm so glad that I am lucky enough to do this. I know this will sound silly and I am only on day 4 ,but I have enjoyed the food so much and it has been so easy and filling and feels like it will definitely be sustainable. Nothing like other times I try and give up after 2 days!!!

I don't know if its coincidence but I think not - for the last 12 - 18 mths Ive had a few ailments in my knees and lower back (just felt like age creeping up on me) eg. Slow to get started in the legs and back after sitting for any length of time. Since the challenge started Ive been doing 4 TLF classes a week. And over the last week I have noticed that I am quite spritely now - jumping up quite quickly after sitting with no pain whatsoever. Am very happy that I signed up for this and that Tarryn convinced me it would be worth it-- she was spot on!
